How we grow…

We are a bio-intensive farm located in Parker County Texas. Our growing practices are modeled after mother nature. We use zero synthetic fertilizers or chemicals of any kind in our growing practices. We rely on pest barriers and pest predators that come from biodiversity within our ecosystem. We believe that the solutions chemicals are supposed to offer can be better be solved with healthy soil, and without the harm to human and animal health. We employ a no-till system and strive to keep the soil structure, and it’s precious biology thriving. This is the food that our family eats, and we are proud of it. We want to share it with the community that we love.

Meet the Team

  • Brian Thomas

    Farm Manager

    Brian manages Brock Gardens and Ranch. Brian started farming in 2023 full time after his mother passed from brain cancer. Brian finds great purpose in growing food that has tremendous health benifits to his family and community.

  • Kristen Barnaby-Thomas

    Farm Support

    Kristen works full time as a toxicologist. In her spare time she jumps in to help out with anything she can. The support she provides keeps this place running.

    Part Time helpers

    Not sure where we would be without these guys. They work so hard in school, on the soccer field, in choir , on stage and on the farm. We are truly blessed to have them.
